well after deciding that i want to complete every saturn game i have(over100) it would be helpful if i changed the console inbuilt memory batteries(they all need replacing on all the systems) does anyone know if the batteries work on all saturns regardless of country they are from

Every Saturn uses the same CR2032 battery.

Wait... why does the amount of games you are completing effect your changing the battery?
You should be replacing the batteries because they are getting old, not because of the amount of games you are playing, if anything, using your saturn frequently helps the Batterys last longer, as the RAM is being powered by the mains when it is switched on :/
