Bought a Saturn, can these scuffs be removed?

bought this one but it seems there's some weird scuffs on the front, can these be cleaned out or removed somehow safely without affecting the aesthetic too much if at all?

Hard to tell from photo- start off with a wet magic eraser or equivalent brand.

Run your finger across the top with your eyes closed. Can you tell there's scuffs? If not, then yes. There's a Youtuber called 'Adam Koralik who has videos fixing up old consoles. Check them out. He's also a huge Sega fan. I'm sure he has a video about cleaning up a Saturn or Dreamcast.
