What brand of CD-R do you use for back up ?
I'm asking because i've just orderd one of those mod chips from robb webb

I'm using anythign that comes in thick case and are printable (so there's minimal brand name, ads etc.).... most of my CDs seem Verbatim ones.

Black bottomed (PSX style) CDRS, just seem to read easier.

Cool, what do you mean by printable. Can you put CD art on a blank disc, if so how do you do that i'd like to know These CDs are white on top and with a special printer you can print stuff on it (don't confuse with lightscribe). I am not printing anything on it as I have no printer, I just don't like big logos and stuff on CDs

My saturn never had a problem reading any type of CD-R media (Unlike, say, the PC Engine, which is rather finicky about which CD-Rs it likes).
