Hi,
Need a little help, what type of wire do you use for 5v and GND ?
Stranded or core ?
Stranded wire 7 or stranded wire 16 ?

It depends on what you're using it for. I just used single-strand 30 gauge wire for the 5V on my modchip. If I were trying to drive a motor, I'd probably use stranded 24 gauge wire... unless it was an industrial motor, then I'd use stranded 14 gauge.

Thanks, so a nice thin stranded wire is good for a interconects on circuits. i.e 24 or 30 awg

Single strand wire is great for signals to fixed circuits. I just use 30 gauge wire-wrap wire for nearly all of that kind of thing.
