Why hasn't anyone done this yet? It would be so easy to do. All of the games story is told through voice acting, and I am pretty sure all the text is already in English. So all that would need to be done is to translate the voice acting. Here is where it gets even more simple. The voice acting is all done by Redbook Audio, meaning it streams off the disc. If you put the disc into your drive or look at a rip of it all the tracks on the disc are the voice acting. All that would need to be done is to redo the voice acting in English and then replace the files. Only thing left that would be difficult would be the FMVs. So with how popular this game is for the Saturn, why hasn't anyone done this yet?

I'm no expert, but unless you've got decent actors and a nice recording studio, the end product would be shit. Expensive and time consuming and it wouldn't really add to the game. The story is rather simple anyways. It's just the level order that confuses people.

Shmups don't need English. (Just look online for a translation?)

Shmups don't need English. (Just look online for a translation?)I know, just saying though in the case of Radiant Silvergun it's ridiculously simple from a technical standpoint.
