Can it play Master System cards?
But seriously, that's great! Hahaha!

Uh... Even if it was real, I'm sure the saturn would feel dirty for allowing famicom carts into its slot. Man, there's no way to say that without making it sound pornographic.

It could be another Famicom Clone system. I've seen them in Saturn-like cases before. There are no pics of the actual unit, so who knows what it really is.

Seems weird there's no pics of the console itself.
It would be cool to have a multi system console though. Like one that plays every Sega game, or Nintendo game, etc.

OMG LOL! He said YES to Famicom! That seller has NO idea! You can get those consoles fitted with switches cheaper over at console passion anyway.

wow, is this the normal price a modified saturn reaches on ebay.co.uk...?! this one does not even seem to have a 50/60Hz switch... I sold one on german ebay some weeks ago. I only got 50,- EUR (45,- GBP) for this one with 2 switches...I got the impression that prices went down. Some months ago I could sell one for 100,- EUR. What do you think? Is there more offer than demand nowadays or just generally little demand in germany at the moment?
