I'm trying to expand my games library with more 4 meg ram games. Apart from:
X-men vs Streetfighter Marvel vs Streetfighter Marvel Super Heroes Cotton 2 King Of Fighters Collection D & D Fighters History Dynamite Real Bout Fatal Fury Special Astra Superstars Waku Waku 7 Metal Slug StreetFighter Alpha 3 Vampire Savior Samuri Showdown Series Pocket Fighters Cyberbots Final Fight Revenge
Which I own bar Cyberbots and Final Fight Revenge.
Are there any other 1/4 meg ram games worth looking into?

Cotton 2 supports the 1m cart. (Boomerang does not, oddly enough).

Strange that. I was considering getting Bomerang since I've really gotten into Cotton 2. Anyho, thanks for that list. The ones I didn't mention or don't have are:
Groove on Fight III Neol 3 Super Real Mah-jongg P7 Pia Carrot e Youkoso!! 2
What are those four games like, any good? And what genre are they in?

Power Instinct 3: Groove on Fight = fighting. Neol 3 = adventure game (good game, but only if you know Japanese) Super Real P7 = strip mahjong. (umm...It's mahjong. Can you play mahjong?) Pia Carrot 2 = hentai adventure/restaurant manager sim. Again very heavy Japanese title. The original Pia Carrot was a really fun game with really good production values. The sequals aren't anywhere near as good though. Saturn versions don't have the nudity though

Ahh okay. Thanks for that. I think I'll stick with the ones I already have. In regards to Noel 3, isn't it possible for non-jap readers to enjoy the game through a gamefaq translation? Or is the game too deep in Japanese?

It's a Japanese adventure game, meaning hours upon hours of text and dialog with some nice images. A lot like a book with a slideshow. There are some really great games in this category, but you need to know Japanese. If you are interested, I'd recommend Sakura Taisen, as it has a translation, some actual battles, and insanely high production values.
If you want something closer to Neol 3, I'd recommend Eve Burst Error and Divi Dead on PC. They were officially translated many years ago, but are still good games. Note that Divi Dead has some rather explicit content at times, but it's still one of the best horror games I've ever experienced. (Eve Burst Error had the nudity removed for the English version)

Wow a lot of games there for me to check up on. Thanks for that. As always Superdeadite I can rely on you to recommend decent import games.

There's an Ultraman game also.
Being a fan of the series I really enjoyed it!

Ultraman doesn't use a RAM cart. It has its' own unique ROM cart, just like KoF'95.

Ultraman doesn't use a RAM cart. It has its' own unique ROM cart, just like KoF'95. Is there a definitive list anywhere that lists which games came with which cart, and which ones work best (I recall reading that some games designed for the 1MB cart struggle with the 4MB)?

Satakore probably has one, but just off the top of my head:
KoF'95+Ultraman have ROM carts.
The compatibility problem arises mostly with SNK games. If it's SNK, play it with a 1mb cart. Some games like Metal Slug work fine with the 4mb, but a lot of them need an actual 1mb cart.
Most Capcom games either require the 4mb, or will work just fine with it anyways.
AstraSuperStars needs the 4mb. Cotton 2 will work the same with either.
