I've gotten a few games to work with no problems whatsoever, even Radiant Silvergun with region patching, but most bin/cue Saturn games I download will not burn. I don't like jeopardizing these games by playing the real copy since they are so effing expensive and I don't really want to rip them myself either. Also, if you can name a Mac OS X burn software that tends to burn anything that will play on an emulator, also great. I've tried Toast 9 and Burn, but both have errors on many games (usually when getting to the sound track, but other gameplay problems occur as well). It could be something in my settings, if there is a Mac OS X burning tutorial, that would be nice, but that wouldn't explain why some others burned without a hitch even after region patching.
I'm also interested in this to play betas, homebrew, and prototypes, all of which tend to have some sort of burn problems.

I dont see why if you have the game you would not want to rip them yourself, much better way of doing it, LOADS of other sources for the games have bad rips and audio as mp3 which is a royal pain in the ass.
Try and grab an older version of Toast, they should solve your Saturn burning issues (Try 7) when burning homebrew etc. I only had problems with Toast 8 and 9.
