Broken shoulder buttons, what to do?

I noticed my saturn pad's R button wasn't working so I took it apart. After removing the gray button part I noticed the actual button itself that the plastic part triggered. After testing it and it still not working I have no idea what to do. Most likely this thing is done but I figured I would check here first. It's the big model 1 pad btw.

I really need to pick up that 3D pad.

look on ebay or amazon...for a new controller. You can also go for a thirdparty controller.
