Hi,
I'm playing PDS right now but I've come across a very nasty stuttering in the cutscene just after the first boss. Below is a video of the problem (it starts to stutter from 0:20).
What I want to know is whether the problem is with the CD or with the laser of the console? Or maybe both?
If it's the CD, then can something be done about it? It's not that scratched and everything seemed to work just right until this cutscene.
What do you guys think?
EDIT:
OK, this is crazy. I've switched the game back to 50 Hz and the stuttering is gone. So it's not the CD nor the laser, it's the 60 Hz. But why? I've heard that PAL PDS has no problems in 60 Hz. Why it stutters it that one cutscene then?

I actually experienced the exact same problem playing the NTSC version of the game in 60Hz on a PAL console, as far as causes go I'd expect there is something the PAL console is doing differently at a very low level that perhaps is just enough to mess up the Audio sync on PDS.
I've noticed that using the shoulder buttons to fast forward the cut scenes fixes it (until it happens again). I've also noticed that I get slowdown in 60Hz mode that plain doesn't occur in 50Hz.

Thanks for the answer. I was getting paranoid over this.
I guess SEGA just did a very bad job with brining PDS to EU.
I'm just glad it's not the CD nor the laser.
