OK, so is it just me, or are memory cartridges for the Saturn FREAKING EXPENSIVE? This is coming from an American Saturn lover, so if they're cheaper over in the UK then I suppose it IS just me, but geez... I was bidding on one for .99 cents. It's up in the 40.00 range now! And don't even get me started on the buy it now options! I think I found one I'll be getting my hands on. From pictures I've seen, it looks the same as a black cart in design, but there is no sticker and it is white. I assume it must be a Japanese one, so I just want to know... would it work on my American Saturn? Because I don't want to spend a crud load of money on something I wouldn't be able to use...

How much did you find one for? The only problem with white cards is that many are knock-offs with batteries instead of flash memory.

isn't that an action replay? Both Action Replays and memory carts are white, black & gray.

Well, here is the one I bought. It was 20 dollars, and though the picture is blurry, I can still tell it appears to be official (a picture of one being here), as the ridges on the cart's sides and the ovals under the sticker match up perfectly. Would you say this is a good deal? It was as cheap as I was willing to spend...

Sounds like a good deal to me skyrunner. I wouldn't feel too hard done by regarding the cost. The official memory carts hold quite a reasonable amount of data on them, so if you only have a reasonable sized collection then they're very practical.
I currently have 7 memory cards (8 with the AR back-up feature), though I could still probably do with another as I own well over 300 games. I dread to think how many playstation memory cards I'd need if I had that many games on the PS!!

I'm just glad the memory cards are region free! I've got a whole list of games I'll want to get at some point or another, but my small collection at the moment is perfectly suited for this memory cartridge.

Every standard Saturn memory cart I have, including my 3 boxed ones, have come with a job lot of other stuff, I've never purchased one separately.

I managed to net myself a lot of 5 for £20 a while back which was nice. But for the amount of storage you get on an official memory cart, I don't think that you can gripe at $20/£16.
