Hey, thought it only polite to introduce myself.
Been a Saturn fan for a long while. Didn't get one when it came out (my money was on N64), first picked one up in 2000ish. Favourite games are DoDonpachi and Elevator Action Returns.
Oh, and I also post over at the Retro Gamer forum and at puroresufan.com
Thanks for having me!

Thanks guys Likewise good to see some Elevator Action Returns love! Recently got back into my Saturn habit, so I'm sure I'll be posting questions on obscure stuff in no time. Trying to focus on quality not quantity this time around.

Getting the PS version has been on the to do list for years, but there's always something sexier about when I've got the cash Regarding the conversion, I always found it odd as the Saturn 2D conversions usually put the PS to shame. Any particular reason for the poorer conversion, and are the differences that discernible?

Any particular reason for the poorer conversion, and are the differences that discernible? Ineptness and laziness, I say. Same thing about SOTN Saturn. The difference is mainly in the sound, the Saturn's sound quality is bad compared to the PS1. The Saturn loadings are also far longer.
