Hello,
I acquired a Sega Saturn from eBay that was supposed to in full working condition, but the audio/video out port on the back of it is damaged. It's extremely bent and almost looks chewed. If I wiggle the wire around enough, I can get a black and white, sideways flickering picture to appear, but it is not anywhere near playable. And the only sound I get is a high-pitched buzz.
Unfortunately, the seller refuses to give me a full refund on the item, so I'm stuck with it. Everything else seems to work OK, though...
Is there an easy fix to repair this issue? Or am I SOL? It's an NTSC-U Sega Saturn Model 2, btw.
Thanks!

If so, how would I switch them out? Just solder it onto the board? Forgive me -- I'm new at this. Thank you.

I'm pretty much sure the Saturn and Genesis has a different AV port. If you look carefully, the Saturn has 1 extra pin.

If you paid by Paypal, open up a complaint immediately, 9 times out of 10 Paypal side with the buyer.

Guy is being stubborn, but he clearly said in the item description that the Saturn was fully tested and working. From the sounds of it, it'd be easier to just get a new Saturn than try to repair this model. Thanks!
