Hello forum! I stumbled across this forum months ago and am thankful that I'm not the only one who still regularly plays their saturn. I hope to be a regular contributor to this forum where this system is still alive and well. Anyways I have a small problem and it is that I recently purchased a floppy disk drive for my saturn ;D but it didn't come with an ac adapter and I didn't even think about it until I was going to hook it up. Massive brain fart on my part I know but I'm hoping that someone in here has their adapter handy and can tell me what kind I need to pick up as there are no marking on the drive its self. Thanks!

Yea sure. We've come across the same problem with other people.
Lemmie search mah archives...
Aight a while back I got a PM that said this:
"Hey yart,
I found out the FDD uses a fairly common adapter The one they used for the MD II with our equivilant being 2103." -Have to credit synbiosfan for this one.
If you have one of those kicking around, you could try it out.
Alternatively, I'll just read off everything that's written on my power plug itself. (I do own one with the AC connector)

Thanks a ton Yart and synbiosfan! ;D I have a few of those laying around and just tried it and works like a charm. I think I might have to burn my nonoperational interact memory card tonight as a celebration. Sadly the fdd could be so much better if we were able to access the data on pc's. I think I remember seeing an old thread on here that was trying to get that to be possible by mailing floppies to people who might be able to understand the file system. I'm guess that never amounted to anything. We can always hope right?

Oops...
Yea that was on another forum (Netlink League). I was the man behind that. lol I kinda forgot...
Though I believe someone here does know how it works. Without pointing fingers, whether they want to step in and tell us is up to them. (They didn't make it really public before so I feel the need to respect their privacy)
But we do know it's possible.
