At first I thought that all CRT TVs were compatible with lightguns. I just discovered that I own one of the very few CRT that is not. Vertical aiming is fine, but horizontal is random... My model is Sony KV-36XBR450. Apparently, it has to do with the scanlines or something. Is there a 100hz compatible lightgun for the Saturn? Maybe it could help!?

No 100Hz TVs are compatible with any Saturn light guns, as far as I know there are no Saturn light guns that work with 100Hz sets.

That's good to know if that's the case with all 100Hz Trinitron sets, my 100Hz Finlux CRT had no such option sadly

I tried to find such option, but did not find it... I heard about the 50/60hz option on 100hz CRTs, I wish I could do that! Is there a "service menu" where you can alter the TV settings?

There will be an option somewhere to turn it off, it may be called flicker free, line double, or anything like that, but there should be a way to turn it off.
