I have two JP Virtua sticks(grey ones) and both have problems. One doesn't work at all and the other one, must buttons don't works and can't go left as well.
Anybody have any experience in repairing these joysticks? I took apart the one that doesn't work and beside cleaning the board, I don't see what else I can do!?

I've never opened mine before, but if the button contacts are like the standard pads you might want to get some fine sandpaper and rub the contacts for the buttons down as this might make them more responsive. I had a JP white joypad that was really unresponsive and after doing this works perfectly.
As for stick not register left, are you able to change the microswitch at all?

I could change the microswitch, but I would have to take one from the non-working one. Maybe it will work or maybe it's faulty too!?
I don't have a soldering kit, so I'll have to cut wires and rewire them back. They don't seem to be very serviceable!

I'll open my one up in the next day or so and take a proper look to see what can be done or if there are suitable replacements for the microswitches.

I just opened my arcade stick up and there are no microswitches on the stick. That means either the contacts on the board need a good a clean and a little sand down with fine sandpaper or the controlled chip is blown. This could be a possibility on the one that doesn't work at all but the one that is a little unresponsive probably needs a clean.

Yeah, controller chip seems busted. I'll try to fix the other one.
