I have two RAM cart and both don't work! Am I very unlucky(one looks like new) or my cartridge slot is not good? Is there a way to check if they work without a game?

Probably your slot. Fiddle with the carts, pull them partially out, tilt them inside the slot, clean the pins, etc...
Do not do ANY of this while the system is on, however.
The Saturn is infamous for it's horrible cartridge slot. It happens on every Saturn.

Yes. Even with an almost brand new saturn this will happen, it's a part of it sadly.

I usually just rub the pins on the cartridge with a q-tip and alcohol, and the problem solves within seconds.

Ah ya that could work too.
When I bought an Atari 2600 last summer it came with a ton of games but none of them worked. I cleaned all the pins and they all work first try now.
You should try that too.
