I've thought about selling my near-mint PAL version of Deep Fear in the past, but to be honest I'd rather trade it for an item of similar value since it would be wrong for me to make a profit from something I was given for nothing in the first place. Turns out the copy I have exchanged many hands before - mainly because everyone who owned it previously (including myself, I should admit) feels it's just not worth keeping if you already own Resident Evil. Since then, I've had something of a change of heart and decided to keep it. Besides, I'll get the other things I was after one way or the other, anyway.
Aydan, I wouldn't normally agree with a post supporting the use of modchips, but in the case of prototypes and the less obvious example you gave it's definitely something a lot of collectors are thinking about as prices of certain games rise due to their perceived rarity and demand. I can't imagine many people here wanting to spend literally hundreds in the current financial climate on something as trivial as Delisoba Deluxe or that "virtual house" disc that was produced for a Japanese estate agency. At the very most, I can imagine a few of us perhaps splashing out for more worthwhile so-called rarities like Panzer Dragoon Saga, Radiant Silvergun, Psychic Killer Taromaru and the European edition of Mortal Kombat Trilogy... well, maybe not that last one!

Punny.
I'm selling of some stuff so I think I could afford it. I'm selling some GameCube games which are now up to £50.
I'm mainly interested in the game as since I finished Resident Evil on PS1 for the first time and devoured it, I'm looking for a game similar to it, and this game seems to fit the bill, not to mention having hilariously bad voice acting and having a soundtrack by Kenji Kawai, who worked on some of my favourite anime, like Patlabor, Captain Tylor, Maison Ikkoku and of course Ghost in the Shell.

I never was able to get a Saturn emulator running... I tried setting one up a couple years back and I simply had no idea how to set it up. I'm not exactly the most tech savvy when it comes to emulators. I've found the website VG Emulation for Newbies to be a huge help in getting me set up with emulators. Here's a link to the section covering SSF. EDIT: Fixed typo.

I grabbed a JP copy pretty cheap. Haven't played it yet but from everything I've seen it's fully playable.

Just make sure you have Demon Tools Lite installed and that you have mounted the game image first, and that you have the relevant BIOS in the right place.
I cannot remember the specifics, hence why im vague, but I know they were the two issues I had.

Saturn emulation isn't really a thing, since its such a hard system to emulate, compared to PS1 or SNES.

I can assure you it is in fact a thing, and has all the properties of a thing and can in some instances actually be quite a nice thing.

Does anybody know if Saturn emulators exist for Mac? What I meant to say was that, while Saturn emulation IS possible, its still not perfect.
