I don't think that playing them with a 60HZ switch is a wrong speed. But i have a question, could a pal game of 50HZ run with 60HZ(with a switch) and look exactly the same like The US version of the game on a US 60HZ Saturn (Am talking about the speed)Will the speed be correct??

It depends entirely on how the game has been programmed and optimised. If you play PAL Nights in 60hz, for instance, it runs at the wrong speed. What you're getting then is some sort of botched version of the game that's nothing like what it's supposed to be. Other games which have had little or no optimisation run slow at 50hz, so therefore switching them to 60hz makes them run exactly as they would on an NTSC copy.

Does it make any sense to do a 50/60hz mod on a NTSC-J Saturn ? I was thinking about playing my PAL games on it ... or should i better just leave it be and stick with NTSC games only ? Is it possible to do a 50/60hz mod with NTSC-J console ? Will soldering a switch to a SW4 near the battery work ? (console is model 2).

You can do a 50/60 switch on a Japanese unit but it is more complicated, and you'd only get colour output if you use RGB cables. It is not worth bothering in my opinion - just pick up a cheap PAL unit next to it.

About this rgb cables and european TV's it's more complicated, because it looks like original RGB cables do not work on ntsc console and euro TV set. But i've got this thing: RGB cable for PAL and NTSC, and it should work with my jap console and euro tv. I've got PAL Saturn also, so i will simply leave my jap saturn for ntsc games only. Thank you for your reply.

Yeah, I have those cables too, they work great on all Saturns.
