Right. I guess we're talking ONLY games that have an official NBA license here - i.e. not many - so from the Top:

NBA Action
NBA Action '98
NBA Jam Extreme
NBA Jam Tournament Edition
NBA Live '97
NBA Live '98

Strangely, only the NBA Jam games were given a Japanese release, so I presume that basketball isn't as big as baseball in Japan - a game that they seem to have taken to their hearts (at least judging from the number of baseball games available).
