After watching a Luke Morse Saturn repair video the other day and seeing him grease the gears etc inside, I was wondering if this was something people on here do at certain periods to try help prevent any problems?

I did it to stop my drive door creaking, worked like a charm.

What 'grease' do you guys use? I muted my Saturn last night and listened and it sounded a little creaky, so think I might give it a greasing

Can I pick up that grease at radio shack or do I need to go to an electronics parts supplier? I have to drive across town to get parts but there is a radio shack right near me.
I will do anything to preserve the lifespan on my Saturn.

the white lithium grease is what was used during saturn manufacture so i'd say go for that if you can, but i would reckon any mechanical grease for moving parts would be fine.
Myself i used some fuchs mehcanical grease.
