Hmmm Sega Touring Car is a descent game, it's just very unforgiving and perhaps a bit too acurate on the physics side of things.
Proof if any be needed that when aspects of games get too realistic they are no longer any fun!

That sucked on EVERY system it came out on lol I don't know, I had 3D Lemmings on PC and I liked it a lot. It was extremely difficult, but it was a fun challenge in my opinion. My worst Saturn game would probably be: Hyper Securities S - basically a policegirl training sim. Its totally awful. However it is fun to play for about 30mins off and on because the sprites have a ridiculous amount of jiggle ;D

Quo Vadis - I doubt anyone knows this game, but that's for the better. It's a SHIT strategy game. I paid 50 yen for it, and I still felt ripped off. Avoid like the plague.

Dungeon Master Nexus - Got this free when I ordered some stuff from ebay sellers in japan... pretty slow dungeon crawler... and I mean SLOW! cried myself of boredom trying to play this..
Lupin IIIrd - The Sage of pyramid - actually this isnt too bad.. the idea for the gameplay is there (think anime characters meets tomb raider gameplay) and the FMV is real good quality and full screen but the 3D engine is really bad..like one of the early Saturn 3D games back in 1996 and runs around 15 frames per second.. this game came out in 1998..
Cant remember what else I disliked but I not played many bad stuff usually I prefer quality over quantity so bad stuff is generally avoided..

Tomb Raider was good when the emphasis was the puzzles. They tried to make Tomb Raider III into an action game, and it just didn't work...

TR1,2, and LR were good solid games. They were actually difficult. Took a lot of time and thinking to complete them. III was too difficult for most, and they went overboard with the weapons, but beating it was a real accomplishment. Sure, the ads focused on the boobs, but that's what sells. Hell, they got smaller in Legend, which was fun, but stupidly easy compared to the older games.

wipe out and wipout 2097 floaty crappy controls These were great racing games, especially the latter. The concept was different enough to make it intriguing to begin with, then learning the different style of handling and controls made them good, challenging racing games. Try getting perfect laps on any of the courses, or beating the games - not an easy feat. As for Tomb Raider, I thought it was a great game, although it certainly was overhyped back in the day. I will comment that the controls, especially in the original, weren't very accomodating, and led to a lot of frustration on my part. I pretty much agree with everything Superdeadite mentioned about the series, although I never played Legend, nor completed any of the TR games. Anyone played Tomb Raider Anniversary? I think it ironed out most of the problems with the original games, and really spiced up the original game.
