Hey there all you Saturners. If any of you were on Sega Forums back in 2007-2010, chances are you ran into me, with my noobiness. Now I'm back, with so much to offer! LOL. I just bought a NTSC-J Saturn off Amazon for 26 bucks (that INCLUDES TRACKING SHIPPING), so I'm part of the club now! I also have 2 Genesis (model 1 and 2), a Dreamcast, and PS1 and PS2 (but who cares about the Sony consoles? Lol)!
Also in the US. Sorry! Hoping I'm still welcome!

The Sega forum you have joined contains people that do care about Sony from Psone right up to the current day consoles so you've come to the right place. Welcome to the forum!

Welcome supersega, I was on the Sega forums for a good while but more as a reader than a poster.

I see that the Net Yoroze is a dev kit release of the ps1? I'm not that big of a collector to want to pay the 500 dollars that it is going for. Recently I bought a ps2 to play some JP shooters, but even that - roughly 100 dollars including shipping - I find fairly expensive. Since I like to play a lot of different games and have other hobbies time is limited. Spending > 500 just seems like a waste to me Than again, if you're a collector it is a nice console to have and it would probabely be a good investment too.

Yeah, it's a development kit for indie games of the time, the games files were capped to 50mb only, but considering the first ridge racer for the PS1 was that size, you could do a lot being crative and talented enough. Far as I know it never left japan, though. I wanted one in my collection pretty much because how rare it is, not to mention it's a very beautiful black, looks like rubber from pictures. It would definitly sit proudly on my collection.

My Saturn arrived! Wish I had cables and a game.. lol Haha this happened to me when I got mine. I didn't read the ebay post so I bought one with no cords. So I had to wait over a week once I ordered some new cables. Makes it that much better when you get it all working!
