£75 is about the market rate for a good copy. You will get it for less than £60 if you are willing to wait for a while, and of course auction snipe if using ebay.

Well apparently it's mint condition, so hopefully worth the bucks. The game looks pretty great, and I've heard that it randomises the game too which sounds great for replay. Does it automatically randomise everything though or is that something you have to choose? If it's good, I may end up speedrunning levels - which would be harder if it forces randomisation! Hopefully my DC games sell well and I can afford a 3D controller and/or a couple more games for my Saturn to go along with this

You have to play through the 4 levels maybe a dozen times each to see all the rooms and rescue all the people. They are about 50% the same each time, with different rooms/ doors/ platforms/ corridors opening and appearing each time.

I've already been enjoying your posts in the other forums, but thought I'd bid you welcome here anyway. I haven't played Alien Trilogy or Shinobi X, but I can confidently say Enemy Zero and Mr. Bones make an excellent start to your Saturn gaming! Both are still among by favorites. I got a fair amount of enjoyment out of D2 (the "final boss" battle is quite memorable) but agree that the gameplay isn't nearly as impressive as Enemy Zero's.
I too don't care for racing and fighting games as a rule, and the one shmup I have for the Saturn is a long way from my top ten favorite games for the system. It hasn't stopped me from getting more hours of enjoyment out of the Saturn than any other console I've owned.
I found both the Discworld games on the Saturn to be mediocre at best, especially the first one as the solutions to half the puzzles make absolutely no sense. Blazing Dragons is a much better choice for a cartoon fantasy parody point-and-click adventure game on the Saturn.
The 3D controller is a great investment. It's pretty much essential for Exhumed, Nights, and Burning Rangers (level 4 is hell with the D-pad), and Enemy Zero supports it as well.
Have you got the original D yet, either for the Saturn or any of the other platforms it appeared on? I'm surprised that it hasn't been mentioned yet.

I like how every level (more or less) of Mr Bones is unique. It's also a fair bit more challenging than I originally imagined. I haven't played D (well, not really) but I originally had it when I got my Dreamcast. However, I bought it from eBay Germany who claimed that it was in both German and English. It wasn't so I had to return it. I've been looking for a copy in reasonable condition and a decent price for a while. I've played the series backwards, but that wasn't my intention. They're pretty standalone though so it doesn't really matter. Thanks for the recommendation too, I'll check out Blazing Dragons. I have a massive list of games now that I am interested in picking up for the Saturn, so I'll be able to get countless hours of enjoyment! I'd recommend Alien Trilogy and Shinobi. Both are great. Alien Trilogy is effectively a Doom clone in the Alien universe, but like Duke, Exhumed, Dark Forces, and others, it is pretty fun in its own right. Shinobi is a fantastic game.It is a great platformer, and the parrying / blocking mechanic helps make the game a lot fairer than many other games in the franchise. The whole game is still difficult, but [for the most part] it is pretty fair. Double jumping is a lot easier to do in this too, which is nice. Anyway, I'll catch you around!
