Hello Everyone ! I'm Pehel. I work in the video games industry in France and I'm obviously a huge Saturn (&Sega) fan. I own 2 consoles (one of them is for spare parts) and around 25 games. The Saturn had been my first ever console and I really love it as I miss old arcade games. I just randomly discovered this forum on the internet and I though it could be useful for me to join you maybe to learn few things about my favorite console. As a non-English native speaker, I hope I'll not make too much mistakes Oh ... And I'm searching for a Saturn devkit since many years as I want to develop my own game using all capacities of the console.

Hi there Pehel, welcome to the forums Saturn devkit (there are many kinds) are not only rare and expensive but very redundant as there are now far more effective ways to try and develop for the system.

It's been almost 22 years since the system was released and there's next to no finished home-brew software for it at all, that should tell you a lot about how difficult it is to produce anything meaningful for it.
There's not a lot of development topics here, I'd link you to some areas on Assembler Games but their site is down at the moment.
