Visiting England for a holiday and when I got to my parents house I had a mystery parcel from an unknown person containing Loaded and Hardcore 4x4.
I have loaded already and have no interest in hardcore so took them to sore thumbs while visiting York and did a straight swap for Command and Conquer.
Hardly the best pickup, but it's a free game and one I've been meaning to get!

I just bought Quake, the last game I needed. Now I'm missing a few manuals that aren't being done by the repro person on eBay...yet, hopefully. Interesting that Quake was your last game you needed! Happened to be the last game I ever got for my Saturn back on Xmas in 1997  |

For me with rarity, a copy shouldn't be readily available. So the NA Sega Saturn Cleaning Kit I once owned is rare. Rare should be rare not something you or I can buy immediately. It's just verbiage, 😁 Yeah the rare stuff, as far as the US library goes, aren't games like Shining Force III, Burning Rangers, Magic Knight Rayearth. They are games that hardly ever come up for sale. Daytona Netlink Edition is legit rare. Battlesport used to be far and away the second rarest with 1 copy popping up every year but recently there have been some popping up regularly. |

I've had so many doubles, that I needed the case for the loose disc. Battlesport is lol pricing. Again, I had a loose disc so I just bought repro's from Vickie, such a sweetheart! BS, lol, is not a 4 hundred dollar game. PDS, well I did pay that for my latest copy knowing full well I'll get it back! IMHO, it's the best game! I'm more than willing to hear and most importantly respect others opinions of other titles. Despite others pleas it's unlikely you'll change my opinion  |

Saturn games don't pop up much to begin with but 2 of that game over the years was odd. Both times I paid 20 or less. I always felt it was rare but almost more just undiscovered by the few people that owned copies and never spent the time listing them on Ebay. Now people list them for the old rare price. |

I have (I think) a decent sized lot of games coming my way soon. Not sure when but my uncle has a place up north(a trailer/cabin type place) with a bunch of random Sega Saturn games and VHS tapes lying around. It was a few years back when I was up there and saw them but I know for sure I remember Daytona USA being one of the games. I didn't really look through them that much as I don't think I cared as much at the time, I either had my stolen by then or just wasn't into it to care as much. That or I didn't know who's they were so I just figured they were off limits, even though no one I know has a Saturn lol. So anyway a long shot I just asked my uncle about a week ago about the games being up there and if they were anyones. His answer was why you want them to sell? I said no I have a Saturn and I'll take em if no one wants em, he said sure there's a bunch of stuff up there like power packs and stuff etc. Not sure what he meant by that but who knows probably a bunch of random gaming stuff. So I can't wait to see what I get He did say though that he probably wouldn't be up there until probably about a month or so. So it's waiting time, I haven't gotten anything Saturn in a while and haven't been around here (Saturn Boards) much either but hey, thought this would be fun to post before and after. |

Na it's more of a shack type place, also I forgot to mention I highly doubt it's from someone who plays varied games. Probably more of sports/racing adult type person (when the Saturn came out) so I'm not expecting too much, but then again who knows that's just a guess. So I'm kind of setting my expectations low for now though just in case lol. Also I don't have Daytona USA so even though I don't care to own it, that's at least a nice addition to my collection.

For Daytona you're better off with the Jpn Circuit Edition or C.E.
It's their Net version and fixed a lot of what's wrong.

and ruined the entire gameplay. it plays nothing like the arcade and original daytona game. it's a good racing game on it's own (the japanese version at least), but not anywhere as good as the original.
