Have a word with Rob at console goods (nice bloke) I had a right pain doing the 64pin conversion, you have to cut that trace really deep and make sure your soldering is spot on.
Tooke me a few attempts mucking about with mine to get it working...

Have a quick flick through the instructions and check you have done all the required modifications for the 64pin mod and check you have a compatible CD drive in there.
If this happened myself I would check the chip on another Saturn but as that's not generally an option...
It's also possible that the laser in your old 64pin is no longer strong enough to read a CDR properly, can you try the good old Swap Trick and see if a burned game still boots ok that way?

Hello! I have reconnected the ribbon cable, and i dont know but now the original game boots from OFF:) and i removed the mod chip and started the backup with the swap trick bit no luck, so i think the problem is the CD-R i bought werbatim beqqays i tought they sall be good and burned with imgburn 8x speed, any advice on that? Burn on the lowest possible speed (I use 2X) and if you have access to one burn on a CD-Writer not a combo CDRW/DVDRW drive.
Always use the best possible quality discs, if you still have problems it's possible your laser is too weak to read the CDRs.

Using discs with black plastic also helps, (for some reason, something to do with the laser refraction blah blah techno crap)

I've written quite a bit about them being better to use on Dreamcast, personally I've noticed no difference with the Saturn but worth a go...
