Today i bought the original sega analog controller (pal). What is this controller big! Way too big for my hands. I have bigger hands than most Japanese people. How the hell do they playing with this controller? or is the Jap analog controller smaller?

It's essentially the same size as the Dreamcast and Gamecube controllers. I can't understand why you would have that much trouble with it. The grips are slim enough that even a 7-year-old can grip them comfortably, and if you have your hands positioned correctly the distance your thumbs have to reach is scarcely farther than on a standard controller.
I haven't got a Japanese analog controller myself, but from photos I've seen the only difference is the color.

It's absolutely essential if you want to get the most out of Nights. It's also a good controller for many of the racing games out there - in particular Manx TT and Touring Cars in which case it improves the handling considerably and is definitely a good alternative to the steering wheel. The only games I find it to be a pain with are fighting games (it's just too uncomfortable for extented sessions), in which case I'd definitely stick with my standard pads (or my Japanese HSS-0136 Virtua Stick!!).

Not exactly hardware, but these tiny SEGA SATURN and Dreamcast key chains arrived in the mail yesterday. I attached them to my Gameboy Advance in which I play Sonic Advance 1 and 2 now. Now I'm in the hunt for a Megadrive and a white SATURN of the equivalent items. The tiny joy pads are really charming for my eyes ;D Attachments:

Where did you pick those up? I'd love to make myself an earring out of one! ;D That is awesome idea! I got these for 100yen including shipping within Japan in Yahoo auctions JP, but originally I think it is a "gashapon" item. I'm going to look for the Megadrive equivalent, so if I see another Satrun version, I will let you know These are so small, shipping to the UK should be very cheap! This one is also very nice, but I think it is bit too expensive.

In the back of the store near the old black and white Gameboy games.
