Man, I have been really getting back into this game lately. I finally got to go back to my home state and dig through my old stuff and found my copy of Die Hard. I reallllly love beat em' ups and feel like this one was often forgotten. Man, I forgot how hard the robots in it can be. I hate it when they spam that damn laser! I also get my ass whipped by the big green foot ball player boss. Any tips? To beat the robots grab the pole weapon and swing it with the kick button. For the football player boss keep using the double kick method i.e. holding a direction while pressing kick+jump.

Thanks for the advice! Your advice really helped with the robots. The double kick works really well on them as well. Football guy is still pretty hard as well as the sumo guy, lol. I actually beat the game for the first time last night. Used about 14 credits (-_-; )... BUT! I beat the final guy's final form on one credit and only took about two hit! I remember my friend and I got our asses beat by him back in the day and ran out of coins, lol. The ending was HILARIOUS! Like a total after thought. I laughed by myself for a good minute.

Don't forget there is also an extra difficulty mode. By hold X+Y+Z+B and pressing Start before entering the game. I'm able to beat Die Harder mode with 2-3 credits.

That is freakin' amazing! You should seriously record a long play to youtube. I have been trying to find a good one on youtube lately and about all of them are reeeeealllly bad. Most I have seen are usually on their third credit by the time they get to the first elevator (when Bruno takes off his jacket) on normal mode.

It's indeed really cool that you can get that far in the game with so few credits fed, just on sheer skill. Makes me feel extra motivated to pop the game in again and work out more of the tricks to it.

Handcuff arrest is sooo satisfying lol. It's hilarious too that you can straight up do a shoryuken and flash kick as well.

That game looks so good. I really want it. It just looks stupid as hell, in a good way. I watched one video and he clothes-lined some random woman in a corridor. And then he shot a guy with an anti-tank rifle and sent the guy flying. I love games like this, so this is a must buy for me

Those corridor scenes are pretty satisfying. It's pretty painful to imagine punching someone while running full speed in the face while holding a handgun, especially when they aren't expecting it, lol.

My copy of DHA arrived today! It's pretty decent but I have a few questions, which may make the game slightly easier 1) Is there a way to run? The manual mentions attacks you can do when running, but the dude always moves slowly. I figured double tapping the direction would work. It didn't. 2) Some enemies lay on the ground and shoot you. Is there anything you can do except wait for them to stand up? Thanks! EDIT: Removed the final question. For some reason Deep Scan was acting up when I first tried. The Extend counter had 0 on it. After rebooting the game it then showed that continues were earned after 50,100,200 points. No idea what happened before. Great game. Did it in 10 continues, although most of them were on the final boss. Dat knife

1. Double tap and hold the direction. I will admit the controls can be a little stiff at times. So make sure you're being specific with your actions.
2. You can jump and press down+punch/kick or you can jump and shoot.

Thanks, I'll try that. I tried double tapping but stopped when it didn't seem to do anything. I'll try holding it down and maybe he takes a moment to accelerate. Thanks for the advice for the prone dudes. They really irritate me!

I have the same problem with the running in it. It feels hit or miss sometimes. It's the only game I think I have had a problem with the ol' double tap to run.
