A friend of mine started a Resident Evil forum so I planned on playing some RE this morning. Unfortunately, my Saturn had other plans Since I have a donor Saturn that I already harvested the cd drive from, I nabbed it's power supply. Works perfectly and was done in minutes. These 2 Saturns both were DOA and between the 2 I've had 6+ years of entertainment from them. Micks already started a donor program so if anyone has a dead Saturn either donate it or keep it yourself for parts. PLEASE do not throw it out! Quite a morning so far and I haven't even started RE yet ;D

It's cool that you managed to fix it. Mine's on it's way out again but I plan on buying a Model 1 again. The one I have now is a Model 2 and I'm not as keen on it.

Aren't they known to be more prone to breakdown than the MK2:s? Or is it the design you like more? =D And great you managed to fix problem Syn, because broken Saturns sure makes baby Jesus cry.

Yeah, I like the design more. The Model 2 looks a bit cheap compared to it. Plus I only ever played a Model 1 back in the day so it adds to nostalgia
