So what do I need to do? Download the Roms elsewhere or find a different burner? Im currently using UltraISO and got the roms from the links at the beginning of this thread.
Once downloaded they show a file with a ISO and a MP3 file...

Find the ROMs elsewhere, convert the MP3s to WAVs, find a different burner, or edit the CUE files yourself manually with Notepad.

Having gone through at least 20 CD's, I now know hwow to do it successfully For anybody that wants to know, you need to convert any music files to WAV format, run a new cue using SEGA Cue Maker, save it over the existing one and burn the new cue to a CD.

Just use a bin/cue to start with, instead of iso/mp3.
All my burns worked on 1st try from my bin/cue collection.
