I'm guessing when Mick said "Post it". He meant that in answer to "How do I get it to you?" (the console!)

I am looking myself for: - a 20 pins ribbon cable (FFC cable) - a black cover for the VideoCD trap at the back of the console (EUR or USA, it doesn't matter)
Anyone ?

Expensive and/or really compatible (?) I really prefer getting one that came directly from a dead saturn. But if I didn't find any, I will try to find the correct model needed for replacement. Yep, the battery cover

We are talking off-the-shelf components here, so it shouldn't make a difference if you take one from a dead Saturn or one from an electronics shop. The price looks right to me - it's a 5-piece set. I think the only thing you may have problems with is the length, but I'm sure that shorter cables are also listed.

This is also why I don't really want to buy stuff without being 100% sure it is what I need. But you are right, for some bucks, if I take the correct measures of what I need, I could try getting 1 lot.

The correct pitch length is 1mm. (It's ... VERY simple to measure this... )

Does anyone have a spare EXL-604 cd board (the one with the 64pin controller). With or without the laser unit.
