Which type of saturn motherboard do you have, adding a 60hz switch is different from model to model.

You can tell from the serial.
But a model 2 should have either a va5 or va9 board (or va7 or va13 but those are rare). For VA5 You can just put a switch on SW4 next to the battery, there are a bunch of guides for that. VA9 is a bit more complicated and you either have to cut a few traces, or lift pins.

What just walk in and ask for a 50/60Hz switch?

What just walk in and ask for a 50/60Hz switch? Not being mean or anything but based on this question this isn't something you should try with your knowledge. You need to get a basic understanding of electronics and of the mod itself. It's not massively complicated just needs a bit of homework.

In was hoping it was like installing a chip to play copies, i.e you buy the switch from a retro game seller, and follow a guide...
Computers im good with, electronics and retro consoles im not.

The 50/60hz select is a hardware feature, not a software one, you have to solder a switch to the machine.

It works for VA0 and VA3/5 (aka VA SD) hardware. For VA1 boards you need to cut an additional line.
However if you have a model 2 saturn, there's a very high chance that you have an entirely different board.
