OK, i am going for Torico then. Anyone played Alone in The Dark on the Sega Saturn ? I heard that PC version has a lot of bugs. Are they also present on the Saturn version ? UPDATE few hours later
On today's halloween evening, i played: - Alone in The Dark One-Eyed Jack's Revenge
- Torico
As to the Alone in The Dark ... Sega Saturn version for me is glitchy. I needed to save after killing every enemy, since fighting an enemy is unpredictable in this game. The game itself is not smooth. There were moments that i thought that the game had stucked. What is good about this game: music (very catchy and atmospheric melodies) and the mood itself. I don't care that the graphic is outdated, because the game makes an impression like there is a lot of magic within it. But glitches makes it very difficult to play, so i gave up after 40 minutes of playing it. I killed all enemies in the garden labirynth, found a rope and some king of hook, and i didn't know what to do after then. My nerves were out. As to the Torico... I gave it a try after Alone In The Dark and... it simply became my new favourite game It's hard to describe how unique and addictive this game is. The story, the mood, the fantastic music... Definitely a good choice for halloween. UPDATE 1st November
I've just beaten Torico. WONDERFUL game!!!

Shame on me, but i needed to use my saturn's capability of playing burned games.
Are there any games similiar to Torico on the saturn or dreamcast ? Is "Myst" worth a try ? How about D2 on dreamcast ? Is it as good as D on the saturn ? I see on yt that D2 is different from D, since it looks more like a 3rd person shooter.

Riven is the sequel to the myst as far as i see. I have tried enemy zero, but my first approach to the game ended up with mixed feelings. I have spent most of the time in the practice mode, getting myself irritated by invisible enemies it's kinda difficult to fight with them, i believe that's why most of the people are giving up. Maybe the better way is to avoid the enemies ? Is it possible to beat the game without killing anyone ?

It's very easy to kill the invisible enemies, if you pay close enough attention to their attack pattern. I've completed Enemy Zero multiple times without dying or the need to revert back to a Voice rec save point. I won't tell you how as its up to you to find out and I don't want to spoil the game for anyone else playing it but all I'll say is "Pay closer attention" Enemy Zero is one of the Saturn's biggest gems.

Their attack pattern... as far as i've observed, when they come closer, the "beeping" noise becomes faster, and when they are finally in front of you, they make another kind of noise, which sounds like a growling. When i hear growling i know that i need to shoot right away, but here comes another difficulties: charging up the gun in time and my own nerves
