wow .. I had that demo disc including the Official Sega saturn magazine that came with it.. Sold it on ebay a few years ago tho..
the first disc can be completed in about 4.5 hours..
Anyway most people think the music in that game is pretty amazing and the game music cd is pretty rare too.
Back in 1998 I loved the game but I just wished it was longer.. and I remember the extras stuff.. was a lil strange and pointless tho.. and the other gripe I had was that once you cleared an area the monsters don't respawn.

saga can be completed in about 20 hours.. 25 if you want to get everything and even has some rare monsters to search for..
Personally I think its an amazing game. especially the music.
Didn't like Orta that much.. music wasn't as memorable and I was a little frustrated at the "change dragon DNA on the fly" during those tight spots.. Still the graphics were amazing

You mention Composite or RGB Scart....My Saturn Scart lead came packaged in with my Saturn when I bought it from the high street (black case, grey buttons model), - do you know which type of scart it is likely to be? If its got a sharp picture then its true scart.. if it's slightly soft and you can change either one of the TINT or Sharpness then it's composite.. I'm sure the last time I checked true scart don't allow you to change one of those.. and I think its tint..

s-video is sharper than standard composite.. but as mentioned its a glorified composite. Its lacks the colour vibrancy of SCART tho but if all you can get on your tv is s-video I would upgrade it over composite anyday. EDIT: I dunno if I done this justice but I 'll do it anyway. I hope its enough to show you if there is any differences between the connections. composite connection scart connection s-video composite scart connection s-video
