Every Saturn uses the same CR2032 battery.

DD Anyone? I must say when I played it for the first time I was kinda dissapointent mostly beacuse of graphics. Why it looks so bad on Saturn? The framerate, pop-up are much worse than on psx and there's no excuse for it. Even menus on psx feel more fluent. And the game saves eat a lot of memory (113 blocks for one save). There're also two mistakes in the manual- there's no such thing as "Pit compound" in the Championship mode menu, you're not also informed about the race standings after you complete a race. Although the game's fine for me I wonder why this conversion is that bad... I've played it on Cassini emulator and it runs well, with more fps's (sometimes too fast) even though my pc is weak (but the game crashes after the race is over). Last thing- it also crashed while I played it on Sat. I waited a little before going for a race and left the game for few minutes on the, let's call it "Race preview screen" (actually it shows the track picture and name), when I came back I noticed that there's no music (and it should be cause it's looped), pressed the button to load the track. The load screen appeared but there was no loading, Saturn was silent.

Finally, Destruction Derby arrived at my home. The game's OK though I played it for 30 minutes so far but when I watch the gameplay footage from the PSX version it looks like it runs with much more fps (and a little faster) than on the Saturn...

Well, at least there was an "Arrange mode" with enhanced graphics but it looked like only the dragoon was better-looking while everything else stayed almost the same.

So I'll send you an email soon. Can't Wait ;D Last time I played PD on my PS2 (Sega Ages series, I also had Sega Rally and VF2) but it wasn't the same feeling when you play those on PS2 or anything...

Ok, at least now I know what P+P means I have one important question about PD: is it PAL or NTSC cause I have PAL console and I can't play imports. As for CD restoriation I'll try to do it myself first, besides such services are also in Poland (not sure about the quality of the service ).

I happen to own a spare Panzer Dragoon. Its a bit dirty and stuff. I gonna clean it up and remount the cover. If you like Ill send it to you. Itll be a week or two though. Just e-mail me your address. Ill pay P+P. Wow, thanks man! I would be very thankful for this! But I'm not sure what do you mean by "I'll pay P+P" do you mean Paypal or sth else cause I have no idea lol. It is me who should pay, unless you want to give it for free but it sounds too good for me. Thanks again!

Welcome mate, is there much saturn stuff in poland? I know it was popular in France and Germany......... Thanks for welcome Well, I'm the only person I know who owns a Saturn, when I tell someone that I have one usually I have to explain what it is. Playstation is much more popular, for many people psx it is their "beloved console" and stuff, just like Saturn is for me. There are always some Saturn auctions on our polish ebay- allegro.pl but I had never seen a sat in a normal shop ecxept backup memory and PD zwei both for about 40 pounds but it was 8 years ago.. Currently I have VF2, Sega Raly, both Daytonas, Sega Worldwide Soccer 97', Tomb Raider and I'm waiting for Destruction Derby that I bought on ebay so I have all games that I had before (but with Daytona CCE instead of PD). But VF2 and Daytona CCE are in kinda bad condition (especially Daytona) so I have to buy some "CD polishing kit" before starting to play them.

Finally I found a Saturn community forum So I want to say Hi to everyone here. I guess I should write sth about me and Saturn so here's the story: I own my Saturn model 2 since 2000. My older brother bought it during summer holiday that year, I guess the main reason was the low price comparing to other consoles available back then. I had a NES before for 5 years (since I was 5) so Saturn was a huge step up, it made a great impression on me, bigger than PS2 3 years later. Really, the games and Saturn have something special that i couldn't find on any other console. So I played on my Sat for 3 years, I played only 6 games and had only 4 so after some time it started to be a little boring. Then came the PS2 and Saturn was given to my cousine but some time later it came back to me (without games though... including Panzer Dragoon, damn!). I even didn't knew about it but one day I found it in my house At the beginning of this year I thought that it's time to play Saturn again, so we (me and my bro) bought some games, scart cable (the old one was broken) and new battery. Finally, last friday I took out Saturn from the closet and put there PS2 so my Sat, after a long break, is there, where it should be and I'm sure it'll stay there, next to TV for a long time. So greets from Poland to everyone

Sega Rally and SWS 97. I also started Tomb Raider but only the first level, I already went trough TR like 7 times (not counting playing N-Gage version cause I stopped at "The Cisterns" level) so it's my 8th attempt

Sega Worldwide Soccer 97' and Sega Rally today. As for SWS, I was a lot better at it when I was 12 I remember setting half time for 15 min, difficulty on easy and winning 107-0 (score counter stopped at 99-0 though)
