I powered on my HST-3200 for the first time in about 2 weeks yesterday and noticed that the video was yellow tinted through the HD Retrovision component cables I have. I switched those out for s video cables and the picture looked normal. I switched it back to component and there was less of a yellow tint until it completely went back to normal after a minute or so. I tested my other Saturn with the cables and I didn't see the yellow tint. Could something be wrong with my Saturn's RGB lines? It did go back to normal after a short time, but it was incorrect at first. I'm wondering if it could be to do with the PSU, as it gets pretty warm in a short time. I'm waiting on my SaturnPSU to be shipped.

Just a random question. I have the Rhea and the tray screwed together through the hole by the SD card. I noticed that it lined up perfectly with the screw hole in the tray (which came with a screw). I did it in order to keep it all in place for when I closed the shell. Having a metal screw in there won't damage the Rhea right?

I have to go with Bulk Slash. It reeks 80s anime charm and it feels like a 2D shmup played in 3D. The music is great and The difficulty ramps up nicely. I appreciate how The stage designs get more varied as you progress. The only thing I don't like is the anime girls who don't shut up.

So I split the entire images collection I had onto two smaller SD cards and it seemed to do the trick for the games that were being stubborn. Only NFS appears to be a bad image. I think the reset goto 1 setting had something to do with it. I also got the entire tray inside the Saturn and it's shut flush. This Rhea is awesome, I don't have to worry about the laser croaking anymore! I also have two SaturnPSU coming whenever the indiegogo guy ships them.

Remember that it is also possible that you use an unsupported SD card, which can lead to random read errors that throw you out of the game. Try using a 2-8gb card from a known good brand. Yeah, I'll try a 16gb SanDisk that I'm not using and see what happens. I know 128gb arent officially supported so that could be contributing.

I'll note the soft reboot. I already had that "reset_goto = 1" in my INI file. I guess you could potentially set that value to any folder on the card, so I may try setting it to the folder of a problem game and see what happens. Because now I'm not sure if it's the actual game I saw on the CD player display or Rmenu. Thanks for the advice.

I'm having an issue where I'm full booting some CCD games from Rmenu, it brings me to the CD player menu where it tells me to start the application (which I take it as it recognizes it as a saturn game), I see the produced by or under license screen, then it takes me back to Rmenu without starting the game. This isn't specific to Japanese or US games, it's random. But none of them were treated as audio CDs. Also, is it possible to to fully close the console when using the 3D tray? I can only get it flush if I don't use the smaller part of the tray that goes on top of the Rhea.
This thing is awesome though. I'm playing games i never thought I could play on my regular HST-3200. I can actually understand Chris in Burning Rangers now!

It should be there when I get home tonight.
How can I keep the disc drive safe, as it still works fine? Would it be enough to store it in an anti static bag?

They're notorious for bundling adware and other crap with their installers. Unlikely, try placing it in a structure with just itself and an empty folder. Bad disc images can cause it to crash. If it works then, introduce your games one by one until you find the culprit. Just tried IDE drive emulation in DT and straight conversion without mounting the image in DT under Windows 10, neither produces a working image. On the last part, Do you mean you tried to rip a real cd with DJ in win10 and it produced a bad image?

I just put rmenu in a folder by itself and it didn't crash. Then I put my first cdi I made with it and it recognized it. So there must be a bad file in there somewhere. Thanks for the advice everyone. I will continue to mess around after work.

GDEMU SD maker renamed all the games on my SD card to disc.cdi or disc.ccd. The files don't have their original names. Could that be a problem?

Make sure the folder structure is correct on the SDcard and put rmenu and files in folder /01 at the root of the SDCard That is exactly what I've been doing. I have folders 01 through 70 and have the RMENU.exe and the BIN folder in 01. I open RMENU and windows tell me it stopped working correctly.

It's bizarre, I can get RMENU to open but after a few seconds it says "A problem has cause RMENU to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program".
Only one time, did the prompt to press any key show up.
I even try right clicking and running it in Windows 7 compatibility mode, and it still stops as soon as it starts.

Taking a BIN/CUE and using UltraISO to turn it into a CCD doesn't count as disc mounting, which is broken in windows 10?
I'm thinking I should grab CloneCD and use that for my retail discs. I should be getting the rhea today, so I'll find out what works and what doesn't.

I managed to get a Rhea during the last order. It's set to be delivered tomorrow. In preparation, I gathered games in these three methods. I have a Windows 10 laptop.
1) Turned my own Saturn discs into CDI images using discjuggler 6. I never encountered any problems installing it. I was just able to do it, even though I have windows 10. Are all the CDIs I made with it not compatible with the Rhea because I'm running windows 10?
2) I found some darkwater rips that were in BIN/CUE format and used UltraISO to turn them into CCD/IMG/SUB. Should I be set with those?
3) I found a bunch of games that were already in CCD/IMG/SUB format when I downloaded them. Again, I think those should be ok.
4) I turned my own copy of Policenauts into BIN/CUE with imgburn and went through the translation patch process.
I used the GDEMU SD card maker to put all the games on a 128GB sandisk SD card that I formatted to FAT32. I could not get RMENU to work on my laptop, it just wouldn't start. Based on the experiences of people here, should I be ok with what I have? I'd hate to think that my Rhea will be useless because of my stupid OS.
