Is the topic still open or should I make my own. I'm wondering if there's a list of character names? Currently I've bene giving my own nicknames to each character.

As much as I hate to admit it, Game.com does count as a "legit" handheld console. So those do and don't count at the same time. However Panzer Dragoon was released on the Tiger R-zone (as well as Virtua Cop and some others). The R-zone is the closest line you can draw between a "system" and LCD game since it had individual carts sold separately. I again have to admit I owned both of these as a kid and was actually super excited about the Game.com (for duke nukem) I'm pretty sure the Panzer Dragoon and Virtua Cop released for the R-Zone are completely different from the ones for the Saturn. Tiger Electronics simply licensed the titles and the characters from Sega. Same goes for Sonic Jam, Fighters Megamix, and Duke Nukem 3D on the Game.com. It's sort of like Street Fighter: The Movie for the arcade and Street Fighter: The Movie for the Saturn and PlayStation; same name, same concept, but two different games.

A few corrections to the list:
Death Throttle - Not exclusive in any sense. It was released on the 3DO and PC as Quarantine and on the PlayStation as Hard Rock Cab.
Devil Summoner Soul Hackers ~Akuma Zensho Dai-ni-shuu~ - This has been rereleased for 3DS. (Having played both versions, it's amazing how little they changed between the two versions!)
Dark Legend - Like Death Throttle, the only exclusivity this one has is the title. It was released for the PlayStation and arcades, both under the title Outlaws of the Lost Dynasty.
Midway Presents Arcade's Greatest Hits - This was also released for the PlayStation and Super Nintendo.

The topic is still open so feel free to vote for it if you prefer Keriotosse! to Vatlva or Bomberman Fight! I completed the game on Arcade Mode and managed to unlock all the secret characters, so I have the full playable character list. The Dragon boss is extremley tough. Unfortunately there is no list online of all the characters names translated in English. Best thing to do is just use Google translate on your phone and hover it over each characters avatar to get the English translation. I usually use the bird character: If you're simply looking to create a character list of all the Keriotosse characters then it's best to create your own thread from scratch in the 'Light Gun Alley' section.

Thanks martinii for pointing these out. However, Devil Summoner Soul Hackers ~Akuma Zensho~ stays on the list as it's not the actual Soul Hackers game, but the demon compendium that was released in two parts. I assume it might have been included in some way in the 3DS remake, but the release itself remains exclusive.
