I got a copy of this from CEX in the UK for £190 in 2017, in good shape. Most expensive game I've ever purchased by some distance and I doubt I'll pay that for another game again. CEX had just began stocking Saturn stuff and I thought it was unlikely I'd be able to get it for less than £190 ever again so went for it. I'd say it was worth it though, was a fantastic experience.
My brother was smart, he got his copy back in 1998. £20 from Gamestation! I've been lucky to get some bargains in the past (Guardian Heroes for £10 in 1998 for example) but don't think I can beat that one.

Got this problem myself now with my Saturn and I just aren't technically skilled to repair it lol. Works for 5 minutes before it packs in.
I'm going to buy another replacement Saturn but I wouldn't mind seeing if I can get this one fixed. Anyone know anyone who does Saturn repairs in the UK?

Did some research, pretty certain my cart is one of those that can't play a lot of the later Capcom games. I've seen a guide for how to fix it, but I have neither the tools nor technical skill to do that! Pondering right now whether to buy a new up-to-date AR cart or getting someone to Mod my Saturn (I have an official 4mb RAM Cart that came with X-Men vs SF already) as I'd like to play Vampire Savior, as well as get MSH v SF and Pocket Fighter eventually. Do you own a PAL machine or a US machine? PAL

I bought my cart over a decade ago but neglected to buy any imported Saturn games until about 18 months ago. It works fine for the most part but I recently finally got around to trying the copy of Vampire Savior I got a while ago and I'm presented with a screen in Japanese each time which I think says I need to put in a 4MB RAM cart for it to load any further. Not sure why this is, X-Men vs SF works fine so I would have thought VS would too. Anyone experienced similar issues? A few batches of cards only worked on one of those and needed a manual fix. But it is just as likely that the cart doesn't connect fine. Did some research, pretty certain my cart is one of those that can't play a lot of the later Capcom games. The Playstation controller has long been my favourite, but the Saturn pad is the best for fighting games. Obviously the Capcom ones spring to mind. Also while I like the PSN version of VF2, I got so used to playing that game back in the day with a Saturn pad that I prefer playing the Saturn version.

Yes, Guardian Heroes is definitely one of the best Saturn games. Welcome

Never played the Saturn version, but the PS1 game is one of the best games ever.

VF2 was always my favourite. Admittedly, I don't have the Saturn version right now. My brother has the Saturn VF2 we had as kids, and I have the arcade version they released on PSN. I really should pick up the Saturn version though because it's hardly expensive and was a wonder to play on the Saturn pad.
Last Bronx is awesome. DOA is pretty good too.
I should get around to picking up Fighters Megamix. I remember enjoying it in the day, although not as much as VF2.

Yeh I'll bring most of my other Saturn games over when I next visit my brother- stuff like Mass Destruction, GunGriffon, Amok, D, Cyberia, Soviet Strike.

I've been playing Saturn since Xmas 1996 when my parents bought my brothers and I one.
For several years I entrusted my Saturn stuff to my twin brother who has that original Saturn we got. I had my PS3 and PS2, and he much prefers retro stuff to more contemporary games.
In 2010 my job moved from Leeds to Gibraltar and until recently I hadn't touched a Saturn game since I moved out here.
What reignited my interest in the console was dating a local girl who happens to be Sega mad and has a Saturn herself. For several unfortunate reasons, that relationship has now ended but it did get me interested in playing Saturn again. I also remembered I bought an action replay cart for the Saturn years ago to get import games for it but never really bothered taking advantage of it.
Anyway, recently I've bought a Saturn off ebay, managed to get most of my games from Leeds (some are still with my brother) to my apartment in La Linea (the Spanish town next to Gib) and have snapped up some Japanese games too. Replaying the likes of Guardian Heroes and Panzer Dragoon Zwei for the first time in years is a lot of fun. Playing games like X-Men v Street Fighter and Sōkyūgurentai for the first time ever has certainly been interesting too.
