Well top one is my 4k and bottom is crt sorry pictures are in the dark kids where asleep but I'm actually really impressed how donpachi looks on my 4k metal slug was the only other game I played on the 4k TV and that's where it looked pixilated I guess by using fullscreen donpachi auto sizes to that aspect ratio so it looks really smooth unless an upscaler makes it look better than that?

I knew about fixing the aspect ratio already my main concern is how pixilated it looks on my TV. Would a device like that fix that issue? On my CRT there not really noticeable but once on my 4k its horribly pixilated. If you mean you can see the original individual pixels in the sprites then this is down to the size of the screen. You still get pixels with an OSSC, in fact you might find they are more prominent and sharp than before. The colours and the sharpness of the pixels are greatly improved of course. The upscaler doesn't interpolate in the way an HD remaster does, which adds new pixels giving a smoother modern image. Aside from that the best remedy is to sit further away from a large screen! If you actually mean something else like image noise or graininess (random dots and blurriness) then the upscaler will improve it. I will take pictures to show you because explaining exactly what I mean is a bit difficult.

I apologize I may be wrong this may only have been for better results with the sega PC games as in the comparison it makes a huge difference, plays faster, smoother looking ect with the bonus of being able to use real sega saturn controllers over USB ones.

Just to get this straight now I'm only posting thisbfor those who are interested, this is new to me and I'm not sure how many are aware if this I find it very cool tho. So what is this about a product there is a whole YouTube review and unboxing about it called (Diamond Edge 3D) (NV1 Nvidia Sega Saturn) it came with like a PCI card you put into your windows 95 PC another card with 2 saturn controller ports and 3 sega PC games, as well as 2 controllers also a newcomer recently asking about a strange looking early on Saturn controller (grey and blue buttons) came packed in. This allows your windows 95 computer to basically be a Saturn fully not like emulation it's real hardware what the card itself contains is beyond me I would assume main components in a sega saturn. Has anyone else heard of this? I'm certain someone had to here sounds like a awesome project I'd like to try and it plays apparently any region not just the sega PC games.

I have a 55 inch 4k but it's not oled, I know how beautiful they look when used to the maximum. I have no upscaler so saturn games look kinda stretched and what not. Does the upscaler fix alot of this?

I just bought one asked in other post but is it like a Neogeo arcade stick? Only other one i have is the eclipse and that's stiff and very hard to work with. Also how is the ASCII stick that looks good but who knows if anyone has it. Good luck with your fix sych hopefully it's not a common problem.

So I just got that Hori ss fighting stick, how does it compare to the ASCII stick? That's similar to a street fighter 2 joystick. The ASCII was cheaper and looked good, looks are deceiving tho. Also does Hori fight stick feel, or almost identical to a Neogeo stick? Ultimately what I want. I've adjusted to the short knob type over the longer ones.

Hi captainkael, i have a 4 player TMNT cab, a 4 player Simpsons cab, a Streetfighter Champion Edition cab ( which a forum member here designed some really cool cabinet artwork for me) 3 Neo Geo cabs, a Space Gun cab, an Alien the Gun cab and several generic cabs. What sort of cab are you looking to get? Seem to like what I like I love arcade games fighting platform adventure shooters whichever, I sold off my machines I had dkjr raiden 1 vigilante just imo (sucks) 60 in 1 I installed in the raiden. And a 1 slot neogeo mvs gold cab and I loved my Mario bros arcade game good times. I do have left tho my 60 in 1 PCB and my raiden PCB both work I should sell em now also have the cab and guts to a tokyo wars but no working monitor I even have the seats but no use for it without a monitor it needs 2 tho. Welcome to the board's!

Yes it's worth it I own it. Plays no different than the u.s. version once in awhile i catch a slight lag on pit fatality and barakas head Chop it's slight but.. Johnny cages head punch off Fatality seems the screams are off key like.. getting head knocked off than screams afterwards. Gameplay no problem loads quick plays fine.
