Does Format Factory recode everything? I really want to just extract the original files untouched so I can replace the audio and put the modified cpk back into the game. I'm downloading Format Factory so I 'll give it a try, but I think Im just going to have to get and old pc for this kind of job. Yes, it'll be reencoded.

If you've already successfully extracted them (that usually tends to be the biggest problem for me), try running 'em through Format Factory. It has a pretty high success rate with converting ancient formats.

I've not experienced that before, but then I can't even get the latest version of SSF to run properly on either my new laptop or my workstation, I'm still on 010betaR1 which runs perfectly on both. Was this happening with all versions? I'll give it a shot with an older version and report back later. Btw, the latest version of SSF has issues with horizontal black bars showing up on a lot of games. Try using v0.12b R3 instead.

Is there a fix for this? The in-game cursor/crosshair keeps reseting itself between load screens, so the Windows mouse cursor (which is still running in the background) tends to migrate closer and closer to the edge of the screen. It eventually reaches the edge, and when you click, you're kicked back to the desktop and the emulator crashes.
I've experienced this in other emulators too but usually found scripts and such to address the issue. Is there anything of the sort for SSF?

Puchased Radiant Silvergun and a few misc games from Holty. Items were as described and packaged so thoroughly, they'd probably be okay even if you dropped them from a plane. Would do business w/ again.

I have tried again to run this emulator and again the same problems occur. As you know you need Daemon Tools Lite to mount the iso's to play the games. Yet every time i install this software it infects my computer with spyware and makes my computer unusable. Is this just a dodgy piece of software or am i just being unlucky and downloading it from the wrong websites all the time? Even if you do a custom install and carefully read EVERYTHING to make sure you're not adding anything unwanted, Daemon Tools still has some sort of adware built into the program itself. It's not considered malicious, but it is there. Any virtual drive can work with SSF. I think CloneDrive is free. May want to give that a shot. Alternatively, you could try burning your ISOs to discs.

I managed to grab a sealed copy for $34 a couple weeks ago.

Well, I came up with this: That's definitely closer to the one in the latter two images I originally posted. Kinda surprised. I never knew those limited edition champagne Saturn USB pads were actually based on a real model Saturn.

I may be wrong, but I thought SSF keeps track of your various controller setups across multiple games.
Btw, have you been able to get a mouse working w/ HotD? I can play VC1, VC2, Henry Explorers, and Mighty Hits w/ a mouse, but not HotD for some reason.

Little slow on shipping/contact, but he was ill. Items were carefully package but not really in stated condition. Seller described as mint, but games have numerous hairline scratches, manuals are creased, wrinkled, and torn in some spots. I'd probably rate them G, maybe even VG for one of the two. Will probably end up reselling to recoup costs as they're not really suitable for my collection. Sorry to hear this Redtail. Can you not return these for a refund if you're unhappy with them i.e. not as described? I presume this path has been explored? I think I can probably get back what I paid just selling them myself. In the meantime, I can play and record gameplay from both games. Not really a loss, but sort of a bummer and inconvenience.

"M" means "mint." Or am I misinterpreting your rating system? For the record, neither was anywhere close to being mint.

Never mind. He confirmed it on the back of the box. Was indeed manufactured by Ozisoft.
Neat controller though. Could almost mistake it for a MD 6-button because of the large glossy ovals surrounding the d-pad and face buttons.
