Norfolk ey!
My white saturn which i sent to a guy on this forum to be modded was sent to norfolk, and it had a 240v PSU supply fitted, which was done when i owned it before i sent it off.
Don't suppose you could tell me if the LED changes colour for different regions?

You'd have to be pretty clumsy to break your saturn in a process that involves connecting 2 cables and a wire. i must be, have fixed ps1 and ps2 laser problems in the past though, and fixed my xbox360's red eye. The chipping just didnt work for me and fucked my machine. The process for modding mine involved more than just connecting 2 cables and a wire btw Depends on which mobo revision, some mod chip installs are that simple on the saturn Prab

Dealt with Mick numerous times since I joined the forum, leaving him praise for all transactions made, either me purchasing from him or him purchasing/trading from/with me.
All in all smooth transactions

My dvd recorder captures full RGB, so recording to the hdd on the recorder or to a disc would give me great picture, may try it one of these days. Theres a high quality mode which equates to 30 minutes of footage on a single layer disc

I bought brand new copies of games such as alien trilogy, jonah lumlu rugby etc all in retail stores for cheap, if you hunt around. Besides CDR's do genuinely kill of lasers over time!
My 3do point blank refuses to load any backups now, only original mint 3do discs, one of my chipped ps1s can barely read cdr's even decent taiyo yuden grade, be warned!

If your going to burn games, burn games that actually cost more then CDR discs, i mean sports games and what not cost you about 50p!

Your laser is probably fucked dude.
Each time a CDR is used its putting more strain on the laser then a genuine does, the swap trick just adds to the wear and tear

Seriously dude, the swap trick will eventually kill your saturn, Just get a mod chip. The reason your games are probably not reading is because your laser is probably weakened from the combination of using CDR's and from the Swap trick itself

RGB scart at all times when possible AV cables suffice for stuff like the NES, some machines that didn't output RGB without modification such as the N64 and 3do, cd32 S-video is the best your going to get

But if you want to play a PAL optimised game, it will run too fast...

Well sometimes some discs work where as others don't, theres allot of science involved not just oh this really scratched disc works but this slightly scratched one doesnt, its the position of where the scratches are on the discs aswell.
