Yeah, I would guess that the scaling quality really sucks and it doesn't handle 240p properly. I bought a different SCART to HDMI converter a couple years back for a similar price that was a complete piece of shit.
It might still be worth a shot, though, depending on what other options you have.

Source?
The Dreamcast definitely had a black Sega Sports version-- maybe someone is confusing the two?

However... I did notice that the guns are mounted on the cabinet, rather than resting in holsters as in every other arcade light gun game I've ever seen. Terminator 2 was like that too, or at least the one I used to play was. I'd never heard about that joystick thing, although I don't recall if I ever even played Revolution X before. That sounds pretty damn crazy.

That Interact cart is a bastard; the PCB is way thicker than it needs to be. It will come out, you just need to get over your fear of using extra force on it. I had one in my Saturn for several years, and it was completely worth yanking out of there to replace with an Action Replay (you'll be shocked at how easily that cart slides in and out by comparison).
Of course, that Interact cart's been raping your Saturn's slot for long enough that a normal cart might have trouble being recognized at this point. Keep that in mind. Either way, you probably don't wanna leave the thing in there for too much longer.
