I was a huge fan on the 2D Lemmings game, completed almost every single of them from legendary 1 on Amiga, many variations, megadrive versions, to the PSP version. Shame Sony bought the license and stopped publishing more games though.
So I did try 3D Lemmings too, but was bored quite rapidly. As you said, load times are tough to tolerate, and I cannot see what the 3D brings to the game.

Baku Baku Animal is indeed great fun, I love the multiplayer in this one.
I did get from Zyrobs on this forum : - Planet Joker - Cleopatra Fortune - Galaxy Force 2
This is another effort to complete my shmups set, and to gather more puzzle games.
As for shmups, I now own 57 of them in the "forced hori or vert scrolling" category, but miss 3 : - Gun Frontier - Keyio Yugekitai Flying Squadron - Terra Cresta 3D
Looking to buy from anyone !

Good points Sych. Though XMen Vs Street seems like an exception where the standalone is way rarer and more expensive than the pack. Usually, it seems to be equal values, or the other way around : - Marvel Vs Street Pack = Marvel Vs Street Standalone - D&D Collection Pack > D&D Standalone - Groove on Fight Pack = Groove on Fight - Metal Slug Pack > Metal Slug Standalone

Oh Derek, now I envy you to live in the US ! I could gather the whole Working Designs set, and other RPG/Shooters, but man that was hell.
The X-Men vs SF looks indeed nice, though I'm seeking in standalone version, which is way rarer and expensive for some reason I do not understand yet.
Oh, and which version of Bubble Bobble is this ? The JP library has 3 of them : Puzzle Bobble 2x, Puzzle Bobble 3, Bubble Symphony.

Great find ctec !
Now the Special mode in Batsugun one is really fun to play and kind of easy to progress into. The 1CC is definitely doable within some 10ish hours of play (if you count as 1CC clearing the 1st loop)
The regular version, though, is way harder : larger hitbox, more and faster bullets. I guess the Special version is among the first manic shooter ever, while the regular still belongs to oldschool shooters.
In any case, have fun and report your 1CC when achieved !

For sure I know DF2 was japanese release only. If you have the Pseudo Sega Cart, then you'll be fine. Oh, and you can also play backups with the Pseudo Cart(rom download authorized only if you own the original game), so this means you virtually have all Saturn titles available.

Hum, beware though cause this one requires a Pseudo Saturn cart to launch. Those pseudo carts are not that easy to make, doable but no easy.

I did launch Nights two or three times but no, could not grip with it. Gameplay is kind of nice, but not that novel. And god, did those graphics aged bad. I know this is a bold statement on a retro gaming forum but hey, this one really hurts my eyes. Panzer Dragoon, for instance, is way better in all domain imho. So Nights sits there, but its controller is pretty nice for other games.

I gave Silhouette Mirage the thumb up. Can not resist anything by Treasure. Though Keyio is fun too.

I launched another game today, and it seems I hit my maximum potential very soon. At regular difficulty, I can last for very long. But if I increase the difficulty by one step, I get totally crushed in a matter of seconds ! Guess I'll have to work on my chaining skill, and speed, a bit more.

I launched a fast game of Magical Drop III today. Fast is the real word to describe this game, crazy gameplay.
